The War of the World Literary Luminary Chapter 6-10

The War of the World
Chapter 6-10

Paragraph 4

'What does it mean? he said. "What do these things mean?'
I gave no answer.
'Why are these things allowed? What have we done -what has Weybridge done? The morning service was over. I was walking the roads to clear my brain, and then -fire and death!
All our work -everything destroyed. The church! We rebuilt it only three years ago. Gone! Why?'

I CHOSE THIS PARAGRAPH, BECAUSE THE BEHAVIOR OF THIS MAN SURPRISED ME A LOT, BECAUSE EVERYBODY WAS LOOKING FOR THEIR LIFE SAFE AND HE WAS LAMENTING WHY MY COUNTRY, WHY MY CITY, WHY MY CHURCH, HOO POOR LITTLE THING. BUT MAYBE HE WAS IN SHOCK. THIS IS THE REASON THAT THE EXPERTS ON DISASTERS ANS PSICOLOGIES RECOMMEND TO THINK AND LOOK FOR THE SOLUTIONS; NOT THINK IN THE PROBLEM.
